BUILD ROOM

BUILD ROOM

BUILD ROOM

Build Room is an application for building applications. Work happens at a table with four chairs: the Human, the Architect (AI1), the Examiner (AI2), and the Builder (AI3). The Human sets the direction and the rules for trade-offs. The Architect writes the plan. The Examiner reviews it independently and can reject it. The Builder makes the changes on the machine and reports the measurements.

FROM VIBE-CODING TO SENIOR ENGINEERING PRACTICE

The working mode is adjustable—from vibe-coding to senior engineering practice, with written plans, independent review, tests that must pass, and a complete audit trail. It suits individuals, small teams, and enterprises.

PROJECT MEMORY THAT OUTLIVES THE MODELS

Build Room carries its own harness: an append-only message ledger, a decision log, a permanent chronicle, standing checklists and gates, and a register of past mistakes. Because this harness resides in the tool rather than in any model, models remain replaceable components. Project history, decisions, and evidence stay local and in open formats.

GOVERNANCE AND PROVENANCE BY DESIGN

Governance, provenance, and the chain of work are part of the record. Each change can be traced back to the instruction that requested it, the reasoning behind it, and the measurement that verified it.

WHAT COMES NEXT

Planned: swapping models mid-build, mixing vendors—including open-weight models—and hybrid operation: a small local model handling routine work, with large-scale cloud compute called in when needed.
